Mepanga, 17 Februari 2025 – SMK Negeri 1 Mepanga sukses menyelenggarakan Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan (LDK) OSIS bagi calon pengurus OSIS periode 2025/2026. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama dua hari, pada Sabtu, 15 Februari hingga Minggu, 16 Februari 2025, dengan diikuti oleh seluruh calon pengurus OSIS.
Kegiatan Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan ini secara resmi dibuka oleh Kepala SMK Negeri 1 Mepanga, yang dalam sambutannya menekankan pentingnya kepemimpinan yang berkarakter dan bertanggung jawab bagi kemajuan organisasi siswa. “LDK ini bukan sekadar pelatihan, tetapi merupakan wadah pembentukan karakter dan kepemimpinan yang harus dimiliki setiap pengurus OSIS agar mampu membawa perubahan positif bagi sekolah,” ujarnya.
Beragam materi diberikan dalam pelatihan ini, di antaranya:
- Kepemimpinan: Untuk membekali peserta dengan keterampilan dasar dalam memimpin serta membangun karakter kepemimpinan yang bertanggung jawab dan visioner.
- Teknik Persidangan: Agar peserta memahami mekanisme sidang, tata tertib rapat, serta pengambilan keputusan yang demokratis.
- Manajemen Konflik: Membantu peserta dalam mengenali, menganalisis, dan menyelesaikan konflik yang mungkin terjadi dalam organisasi.
- Peraturan Baris-Berbaris (PBB) dan Tata Cara Upacara Bendera: Melatih kedisiplinan, kekompakan, dan etika dalam pelaksanaan upacara resmi.
- Struktur dan Tupoksi OSIS: Memahami peran dan tanggung jawab masing-masing anggota OSIS dalam menjalankan organisasi secara efektif.
- Penyusunan Proposal dan Laporan Pertanggungjawaban (LPJ): Mengajarkan teknik penyusunan proposal kegiatan serta laporan pertanggungjawaban yang sistematis dan transparan.
Salah satu peserta, Made Melati, mengungkapkan bahwa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dan keterampilan dalam mengelola organisasi. “Kami mendapatkan banyak ilmu dan pengalaman baru. Dengan pelatihan ini, kami semakin siap untuk menjalankan tugas sebagai pengurus OSIS ke depan,” tuturnya.
Kegiatan LDK ini mendapat respons positif dari berbagai pihak. Guru pembina OSIS Ibu Risfa Gusnur S.Pd, dalam wawancaranya, menekankan bahwa pelatihan ini merupakan langkah awal dalam membentuk kepemimpinan yang solid dan kompeten di lingkungan sekolah. “Kami berharap setelah mengikuti LDK ini, para calon pengurus OSIS mampu menjadi teladan bagi teman-temannya dan dapat mengimplementasikan ilmu yang didapat dalam kepengurusan mendatang,” jelasnya.
Dengan berakhirnya kegiatan ini, diharapkan para peserta mampu mengaplikasikan ilmu yang diperoleh demi kemajuan OSIS dan sekolah secara keseluruhan. SMK Negeri 1 Mepanga terus berkomitmen untuk mencetak pemimpin-pemimpin muda yang tidak hanya cerdas secara akademik, tetapi juga memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat dan berintegritas.
